I recently became the proud owner of my very own studio salon called Lovely Locks Salon. I feel so proud and excited of this new business venture and feel so ecstatic for what the future may bring. They say that sometimes the things that push you out of your comfort zone are what make you truly successful in the end especially when the end is unknown. This new venture not only has pushed me out of my comfort zone but pushed me to put the necessary hard-work, time, and labor into every step that it takes towards becoming a successful business owner and hairstylist. I have a true passion for hair and love that I can make people feel and look beautiful everyday and call that my "job". And now I get to do it by working for myself. It feels like such a blessing and a dream come true. This is something I've wanted to do since I was a little girl and im so happy I stayed positive and pushed myself out of my comfort zone to get where I wanted to be in this moment in my life. I recently came across a quote that will forever be repeated in my head everyday for the rest of my life. It is so inspirational and I hope that it will help push those around me who may be wanting to do something but fear stepping out of their comfort zone for fear of the unknown.
